The re-registration portal for Venezuelans will be open from 12:00 a.m. ET 9/13 until 12:00 a.m. ET tomorrow 9/14. YOU HAVE ALL DAY 9/13 (24 HOURS) TO ENTER THE WEBSITE AND RE-REGISTER! See Below for instructions.
Everything you need to know
Deadline to Re-Register:
Before or on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. AND, 12:00 a.m. ET 9/13 until 12:00 a.m. ET 9/14.
What You Get If You Re-Register:
If your application is approved, your TPS will last until October 2, 2026.
Important Things to Consider:
A higher court might stop or pause this decision. That means your application could be put on hold or it could be denied. If your re-registration is denied and you’re not already in immigration court, the government could try to deport you (start removal proceedings).
Should You Talk to a Lawyer First?
Yes. Talk to a lawyer before applying if you’ve ever been arrested, you have a deportation order, or if you’re not sure if you’re eligible. Applying could put you at risk of detention or deportation if you’re not eligible.
How to Apply:
Applying online is the fastest way to submit an application. You can apply by yourself online on the USCIS website.
1. Go to the USCIS website
https://myaccount.uscis.gov
2. Sign in or make a new account
3. Fill out the TPS form (Form I-821)
