ECO Legal

Equity Corps of Oregon’s objective is to provide universal representation, which protects our communities by making sure that no individual faces the risk of deportation or exclusion without legal consultation and representation. ECO aims to end unjust and unfair deportations and civic exclusions by providing access to an attorney and support services. We aim to provide these services to every eligible Oregonian at risk of removal or civic exclusion on account of immigration status.

Defending Everyone

We believe that every person navigating the U.S. immigration system — to unite their family, to seek protection from persecution, to contribute to the comunity– is entitled to high-quality, person-centered legal representation regardless of income, race, or national origin. Lawyers and accredited representatives are critical stakeholders in making Universal Representation for Oregonians a reality.

A collective of community-based organizations, nonprofits, and attorneys working to provide Universal Legal Representation to all eligible immigrants in Oregon.

ECO provides several services such as navigations, social service support, and free legal services before the Portland Immigration Court and USCIS.
