Important Information for Current TPS for haiti Holders and Potential Applicants
Recently, the United States government extended and re-designated TPS for Haiti. This means that people from Haiti who currently hold TPS can re-register to continue to live and work in the United States. This extension provides much-needed stability and security for Haitian families who have already built lives here.

TPS is a program that allows eligible immigrants to live and work in the United States for a set period of time. It grants temporary protection from deportation and allows individuals to obtain work permits. This means they can contribute to the economy, support their families, and build a life while their home country recovers or stabilizes.
