How can I check my immigration court hearing?

1. Go to the Automated Case Information page at: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/

2. Enter your A#

3. Select your country of birth

4. Look over the results, if there is a change in your hearing, make a note of it in your calendar.

What happens if my A# does not appear on ACIS?

If the result states “No case found for this A-number,” your case may not currently be pending before the immigration court.

If the result indicates that case information is not available, it may be protected due to special circumstances. You will need to contact the immigration court or consult court correspondence to obtain information about your case.

Make sure the immigration court has your current address.

The court must send hearing notices to the address you provided. If your address changes, it is very important that you update it with the court as soon as possible. If you do not update your address directly with the immigration court, you will not receive notice of your next hearing (or any changes to it) by mail and will risk receiving a deportation order.

  • You can also update your address using the printed Form EOIR-33, which is available at your local immigration court.
  • You should keep a copy of your change of address and of your attempt to update your address.
